FUNCTION
    The corresponding function to ObtainGIRPort(), it releases
    arbitration used by Intuition for gadget RastPorts.

INPUTS
    Pointer to the RastPort returned by ObtainGIRPort().
    This pointer can be NULL, in which case nothing happens.
