NAME
    InitIFFasDOS -- Initialize an IFFHandle as a DOS stream.

SYNOPSIS
    InitIFFasDOS (iff)

FUNCTION
    The function initializes the given IFFHandle to operate on DOS
    streams.  The iff_Stream field will need to be initialized as a BPTR
    returned from the DOS function Open().
